Dear Guests of the Hotel Kaiserhof! We ask you to familiarize yourself with the updated rules for visiting the AMBER SPA aqua complex, which come into force on 01.06.2021

• For Guests of the Kaiserhof hotel, a visit to the aqua complex is provided on a complimentary basis, upon presentation of the Guest card to the SPA administrator, daily only from 07:00 to 14:00
• If you wish to continue your vacation at AMBER SPA after 14:00, we will give you a 50% discount on the visit to the aqua complex from the current tariff.
• As part of the loyalty program of the Kaiserhof hotel, for cardholders with GOLD and PLATINUM (VIP) status, a visit to the aqua complex is complimentary for the entire period of stay from 07:00 to 22:00.

Amber SPA reserves the right to make changes during the Children's Hour and the time of a complimentary visit to the aqua complex for guests staying.
